On Site Construction

Frame Erection
Panels are bolted together on site with any necessary hot rolled steel members. Prefabricated stair flights are also supplied and installed.

Intermediate Floors
Metframe can be supplied with 2 floor options:

Concrete floors
Joisted timber floor cassette

Roof Structure
Metsec offer a choice of roof structures

Timber trussed roof
Steel purlin / joisted roof
Lattice truss roof * In-situ concrete roof
