The ongoing development of seaside town Eastbourne recently saw the completion of Devonshire Court which comprised 2 apartment buildings of up to 9 storeys high. These were completed during a 64 week construction programme during which it took just 30 weeks to install approximately 12,000 m² SFS infill to the concrete frame using approved Metsec installers. This was then clad using insulated render and terracotta rainscreen cladding to provide a stylish façade in keeping with the existing environment.
